Regulatory Reporting Manager

Description:The Regulatory Reporting Manager is to serve as a liaison for all contractual reporting between Universal Long-Term Care Community Diversion Program (LTCCDP) and the Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA). Additionally, this position is responsible for the financial reconciliation of membership and participates in strategies for creating cost effective measures for ensured revenue growth. The position will participate in creating policies and procedures as required by the DOEA contract and/or the standards of Universal Health Care.

This position may participate as a member of the Diversion Senior Team.







Duties:Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor all report submission requirements as per DOEA contract requirements.
• Oversee and monitor monthly membership reconciliation for proper payments as per the DOEA contract.
• Develop and maintain plan for ensuring compliance, integrity and accountability of our records and reports to be submitted to the DOEA.
• Develop and maintain relationship, verbally and written form of communication, with regulating bodies.
• Partners with Senior Team Members and Program Coordinators to ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting requirements.
• Gathers data for internal and external customers and complies such data for reporting requirements.
• Analyzes and interprets data for departmental and contractual reporting requirements.
• Create graphs, charts, and other statistical tools as a way of measuring performance.
• Follow all federal, state and local regulatory rules and guidelines.
• Professionally articulate, when asked, to Senior Leadership on matters concerning Diversion Department.


Skill Requirements and Preferences:

• Proven ability to manage concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines; flexible to changing priorities
• Excellent statistical, analytical and excel skills
• Excellent communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate, orally and written, to all constituents up and down the organizational chart
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving and analytical acumen
• Proven capability in leadership and persuasion
• Must be able to prioritize and organize work load
Qualifications:Educational Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree, in related field, required
• 3-5 years of working with Medicare and/or Medicaid policies and regulation, required
• Statistical and analytical experience , required
• Financial reconciliation experience, required
• Prior management experience, preferred
